The above-mentioned transportation companies all have established delivery networks covering most states and urban areas in the United States.

Generally, orders within the United States are expected to ship within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, special addresses, or during peak shopping seasons (such as holiday promotions). In the event of delays due to force majeure events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic control, or carrier operational adjustments, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their shipments, but we will not be liable for any indirect losses incurred.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete when placing your order. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or no one to sign for it, the customer will be solely responsible for any related liabilities and any additional costs incurred. If a package is returned, we will contact the customer after receiving the returned goods to discuss the subsequent handling methods, including reshipment or refund, subject to applicable policies.
